What Domino Research Is (and Isn't)

Domino Research publishes daily investment research articles analyzing companies, commodities, and market trends. Our content is educational and informational only.

We do not provide investment advice. Nothing published on Domino Research should be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, commodity, or financial instrument. We are not licensed financial advisors, brokers, or fiduciaries.

Before making any investment decision, do your own research and consult a licensed financial professional who understands your personal situation.

Accuracy

While we work to ensure the quality and accuracy of our research, our content may contain errors, outdated information, or inaccuracies. We do not guarantee the completeness, reliability, or timeliness of anything we publish. You should always verify information independently before relying on it.

Your Account

You need an account to access Domino Research beyond our free tier. When you create one:

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You may only have one account per person.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You may not share your account or let others use it.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

Subscriptions and Billing

We offer: Free (limited articles), Monthly ($12/month), Annual ($99/year), and Lifetime ($100 one-time).

Cancellation: You can cancel at any time. You retain access through the end of your current billing period.

Refunds: All purchases are final. No refunds are offered for any subscription tier, including the lifetime plan.

Lifetime Plan: "Lifetime" means the lifetime of the Domino Research service. If we shut down the service, lifetime access ends. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any permanent shutdown.

Intellectual Property

All content belongs to Domino Research. You may quote short excerpts and link to articles for personal, non-commercial use. You may not republish or resell our content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any investment decisions you make, or any financial losses you experience, based on our content. Our research is educational. You use it at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is less.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the site.
